C4C Rewards: How to access, earn and use your loyalty points

On the bottom left hand side of our website (desktop or mobile) is a red button that says 'C4C Rewards'. This is our new loyalty and reward system.

If you make a purchase on our website, it automatically turns you into a 'guest' on the loyalty system, and you start earning points right away. So if you haven't checked lately, you may actually have a lot of points you can use right now!

How do I earn points?

1 point for every $1 spent.

How many points do I need to redeem them?

When you reach 500 points you can get $10 off voucher and claim it in the rewards app. There is a maximum point spend of 1000 points which is a $20 off voucher. If you have more than 1000 points, then you can save the rest up for another voucher off another purchase.

How do I access my points?

For starters, you do need to sign up to the rewards program. Click that red button bottom left of our website. Make sure you use the same email to sign up that you use when normally checking out on our website/making a purchase. This is the email that your points will be assigned to. 

Once you've signed up, the loyalty program will walk you through ways to earn points on top of purchases (referrals, etc) and will let you know when you have points to spend!
