The Canter for Cancer summer mesh combo rug is the same fit as our original detachable, however we have added mesh panels to the neck and mesh sides. This rug is light and breathable, great for those hot summer days in the paddock or yard – with our famously roomy shoulders and neck to prevent rubbing. This season we added belly straps and used a slightly stronger mesh fabric.

Love this cover! Fits my horse very well and I love the padded top on the rug to make sure there mane isn’t rubbing. Also love how you can detach the neck rug

C4C detatchable mesh summer rug.

I am very pleased with the rugs I purchased. They are true to size and fit well. 3 sizes for 3 horses and all good. I like the full satin lining on the shoulders and the neck rugs are nice and roomy and have not shown any signs of rubbing the mane out. I would recommend them.
