Heavy Duty PVC Hay Bale Bag

Well made and tough but doesn’t shut when I put my bales in. Only has the option to close if it’s a huge bale that fills the entire bag. Mine are Lucerne hay so just have to flop the top over and can’t Velcro/ clip closed. Blew open on the weekend and hay was all wet. Comes in the gaps in the ends also. Wish there was Velcro all the way down as bales are different sizes
